Set up billing and choose your plan

You can move your workspace off the Free plan onto seats your team can actually use, in one pass through Settings, without talking to anyone first.

Before you start

• You need to be the Workspace Owner. Billing sits in workspace settings.
• The Free plan gives you 500 MB of storage and no seats, so you cannot invite teammates until you are on a paid plan.

Choose your plan

1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. Open Subscription.
3. Click Change plan.
4. Switch between Monthly and Yearly at the top of the panel. Yearly works out cheaper per seat.
5. Pick Business or Business Plus, then click Select.
6. Click Confirm.

Business covers Editor seats: full access, add-in and Web Dashboard. Business Plus adds Contributor and Viewer seats, so reviewers and non-CAD teammates get in without paying for a full Editor seat.

Pay

Manage Payments on the Subscription page opens Sibe's checkout, run by Stripe. Your workspace email is already filled in.

On that page:

1. Choose your billing currency. USD is there, and local currency where Stripe supports it. The exchange rate is shown before you pay.
2. Check the line item: seat type, quantity and billing period.
3. Pick how you want to pay: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted.
4. Enter the cardholder name and country.
5. Select Save my information for faster checkout if you want the card kept for next time.
6. Click Pay and subscribe.

Sibe never sees or stores your card number. Stripe handles the payment.

Seats follow your team

Your seat count matches the people in your workspace. Add or remove them under Settings → Users, and the subscription follows. What each seat can do is covered in Seats, roles and folder permissions.

Storage

The Storage limit card at the top of the Subscription page shows what you have used against your allowance. The Free plan gives you 500 MB.

Common questions

Who can set up billing?
Workspace Owners. If you cannot see Subscription in Settings, ask whoever created the workspace.

Do I need a card to try Sibe?
No. You can create an account and work in it without entering payment details. You move to a paid plan when you need seats for your team, or more storage.

Why can't I invite anyone?
The Free plan has no seats. Pick a paid plan and the invite field in Settings → Users opens up.

Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Use the Monthly and Yearly toggle at the top of the Change plan panel.

Which plan do I need for reviewer seats?
Business Plus. Contributor and Viewer seats are not on the Business plan.

Can I pay in my own currency?
The checkout offers USD plus your local currency where Stripe supports it. The rate is shown on the page, and your charge follows the rate at the time of billing.

Where do I update the card later?
Settings → Subscription → Manage Payments.
